Pressure regulation system
The plug-in overflow valve is utilized to adjust the pressure continuously to control the force requirements of the product in the pressing riveting process, ensuring that the pressure riveting quality operation adjustment of each pressure rivet fastener is very convenient.
Use steel plate as the main frame
It is fabricated through welding, followed by heat treatment to remove internal stress and enhance internal structure. Anti-pressure hand device
The anti-pressure hand system device is equipped with safety protection that can differentiate between metals and non-metals, thereby minimizing operator injuries resulting from misoperation.
Upper and lower model operating system
The upper mold belt guide system prevents the upper mold from rotating. The falling speed of the upper die is 65mm/s, and the position can be adjusted as needed. The lower die is equipped with a standard mold.

Pressure riveting range
When processing various products, the respective molds need to be replaced. Nut S, screw FH, and stud mold BSO are part of a complete series of molds that are randomly distributed.
Structures of riveting machine
It comprises a bed body, a hydraulic motor oil pump, an electromagnetic reversing valve, a pressure regulating valve, and an electrical control circuit. The foot switch controls the hydraulic system using electrical and semi-automatic control for transferring power. It is in conjunction with components such as mechanical + PLC or integrated circuit controller. By replacing the appropriate mold based on production demands, it accomplishes tasks like riveting and non-riveting functions.
Positive Control System
The positive limit system provides an easily adjustable method of precisely maintaining the stopping point of the machine cylinder, effectively preventing the indentation of soft materials when inserting the fastener, such as Aluminum, Glass Fiber, Printed Circuit Board, Plastic and various composite materials. The product thickness can be accurate to ±0.05mm.

Intelligent ON and OFF of the bowl feeder to avoid long time friction pf fasteners under vibration state, resulting in coating peeling and abrasion. Used for the size of M2- M6 screws, nuts, and standoffs automatic feeding. The aximum length nuts and standoffs can reach 30mm. The system has the function of fast removal residue fastener.
Apply pressure throughout the stroke
During running, the pressure applied works at any stroke point, the safety system is in function, and the system does not require any re-adjustment by the operator, saving lots of energy and tool-changing time.
Anti-press Hand Protection System (Standard)
The intelligent fastener insertion machine is equipped with mandatory patented safety protection system and automatic detection on the anti-pressing hand function is working when starting up.
