Smart CNC Press Brake
Smart press brake is the classic level of the bending machine, it features a multi-axis, intelligent touch screen controller, and easy operation. Customers can choose different back gauges from X, X+R.
The controller can be from DA-53T, DA-58T. The bending machine helps you to ease the bending process and improve the bending efficiency largely.
RAM POSITIONING SYSTEM
In this system, each cylinder operates independently. Linear encoders are mounted on a separate subframe on each side of the ability to program all ram positions, speeds, and ram tilt. The decompression point is also programmable, this feature along with programmable speeds is very useful when bending large sheets. These encoders combined with servo-hydraulic valves and the CNC command center, provide a 0.001mm accuracy.
BENDING PROGRAM
The DA-58T is a state-of-the-art complete 2D graphical control solution for synchronized press brakes. Offering easiest CNC programming based on the Delem graphical touch screen user interface including automatic bend sequence calculation and collision detection. Its 15" high-resolution color TFT, with industrial-grade multi-touch screen technology, gives access to the proven Delem user interface. It enables direct navigation between product programming and actual production. Functions are directly located where needed, offering optimized ergonomics throughout the entire application.
MACHINE STRUCTURE

PRECISE ANGLES
The numerical control system controls the electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve and forms a fully closed-loop digital control method of the bending depth through the feedback of the grating ruler. The CNC system can automatically calculate the bending depth according to the selected mold angle, opening, R size, and sheet thickness. The imported grating ruler directly measures the position of both sides of the slider and has a throat deformation compensation mechanism to ensure the consistency of the same angle.
CNC Crowning System
CNC electro-hydraulic bending machine is an important equipment in sheet metal processing, its work accuracy directly affects the bending accuracy of the workpiece. Bending machine in the workpiece bending process, due to the maximum force on both ends of the slider, the reaction force of the plate bending leads to concave deformation on the lower surface of the slider, the middle part of the slider deformation variable is the largest, The stress can cause the ram and worktable some deformation during the process of bending; the CNC crowning can make relevant compensation to the ram deformation, which improves the precision of press brake by a wide margin. CNC Backgauge
CNC Backgauge is the most important part of the Smart press brake machine, different options will be used in different situations, The more complex the backgauge system, the more complex the product can it bend. Actually, HARSLE offers 2 types of back gauge systems for selection, they are 1-AXIS back gauge, and 2-Axis back gauge. You can choose different back gauges according to your budget and bending products.
DELEM DA-58T
Machine adjustment and test bends are reduced to a minimum with a quick and easy program-to-production work sequence. CNC programs are generated with a single touch. You are immediately ready to make the first part since all ax's positions are automatically computed and the bend sequence has been simulated with machine and tools in real scale. The production mode of the DA-58T helps the operator in graphically simulate the bending process of the product, guiding him during the press brake operation. Highly effective control algorithms optimize the machine cycle and minimize set-up time. This makes using press brakes easier, more efficient, and more versatile than ever. The OEM panel located above the screen, reserved for machine functions and OEM application switches, is integrated into the design and can be used depending on the required application.
OFFLINE SOFTWARE
DA-Offline software maximizes machine efficiency and production output of press brakes. The Profile-T software facilitates offline programming and simulation of the bending process. Production preparation, make ability and tooling verification, operator training, adding notes for production, and many other functions can be carried out offline.
The Profile-T software offers advanced programming in 2D/3D in line with the DA-Touch controller software. The steps from the start of programming to the desired program including its transfer to the control are clearly embedded in the user interface. Programming the product graphically shows a true scale representation of the intended product. Realistic product visualization gives feedback on feasibility, collisions, required tools, and tool adapters for production.
