The Structural components of Air Duct Equipment

The structure of the Air Duct Equipment consists of three parts: the feeding part; Transmission part; Forming part.

1. The forming part mainly refers to the main engine part, and the core part is the rolling mill. When there is too much material fed between the two pressure rollers or squeezed into shape between the rollers.
2. The feeding part mainly involves manual feeding, utilizing the gaps between the rollers for feeding.
3. The transmission system consists of an electric motor, a triangular belt, a reducer, an open gear, and a rolling mill. The host is powered by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which is transmitted to the drive shaft through a belt pulley, cylindrical gear reducer, and rod pin coupling.
